HOW IT WORKS:
THE APPROX TURN AROUND TIME ONCE WE GET ALL INFORMATION FROM YOU IS 2 WEEKS FOR YOU TO GET A PROOF VIA EMAIL, EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IS AN ADDITIONAL 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS TACKED ONTO THE TURN AROUND TIME. ONCE WE GET YOUR APPROVAL YOUR FIGURES WILL THEN BE LASER CUT OUT OF WOOD, HAND PAINTED AND THEN SHIPPED TO YOU WITH IN 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BELOW SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN IN A TIMELY MANNER. Shipping time frame starts once we receive high quality photos, answers to any questions we have regarding your photos/order AND payment. Delays in photos/answering our questions will delay your turn around time.

• Each person/pet is only $39 each (for example: 3 people and 2 dogs count as 5 figures) so please use the "Number of People/Pets" menu to purchase how many people and pets you want. (Yes babies count as people too and take just as much time to create! :)

• The average height of the figures are approx. 7” tall. Pets and children will be sized accordingly.

• The figures are laser cut out of 1/8” thick wood and then carefully painted by hand.

• Each person will be drawn in the same style as the photos.

• Once you pay please send us an email WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER to hello@yellowheartart.com and attach images of each person you want drawn. Please make sure nothing is cut off, its a clear photo and the colors are accurate. If we find the photos to be at a low quality we will contact you and request better pictures. We want these doodles to look their best! :)

• Send over at least 1 head shot of each person plus one body shot. The body shot must not be blocked by other items, and must be a head to toe shot that is up-close and easy to see details.

• Any pictures of pets must be sitting and taken from the front. Please note we try our best to draw all the details of your pet but some things can not be translated into illustration form.

• We begin drawing your custom people once we receive payment and your photos. Please make sure the photos are of a good quality. Any poor quality photos will only delay our turn around time, and we want to get these over to you ASAP! :)

• Before cutting we will send you over a proof so you can see how it will look! We then cut them out on 1/8” thick wood. Perfect for displaying!

• We do not send digital versions of your portraits, if you are interested in this option this will require purchasing an art release fee. Please email us for a quote.

• COLORS MAY PRINT DIFFERENTLY THAN ON YOUR SCREEN due to your own personal computer monitor's calibrations and brightness settings

• IMPORTANT: if for some reason you want to change anything with your proof once you see it then a REVISION FEE WILL OCCUR. These fees start at $20 per revision. Revision fees must be paid before the revision will happen. Revisions take approx 3-5 business day to fix. Please note some revisions can not be done like positioning of people, adding specific markings to your pet if they have a ton of colors in their fur or creating a completely different hair style. We have the right to change the revision fee if what you are asking for will take a long time to do. Please note that once you approve the drawing of your people we can not go ahead and revise the laser cut wood people.

  • THESE ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE PLAYED WITH BY CHILDREN. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD. ALWAYS SUPERVISE CHILDREN WITH THESE ITEMS.
